Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for outbound and inbound sales activity and customer acquisition.


  • Call prospective customers to introduce them to the Company’s products – including cold call and warm leads
  • Quickly build rapport, work through objection management, and position our products
  • Guide potential customers from their initial interest all the way through a completed installation of the system
  • Manage inbound/outbound phone calls to potential users in order to pitch and support adoption of the products while addressing user needs, questions, and concerns
  • Effectively communicate with your portfolio of accounts using email and LiveChat, in addition to phone conversations
  • Conduct live product demonstrations via webinar
  • Act as single point of contact for new users
  • Work closely with customers to receive, research and document requested features – your insight will help drive changes and new features at the company
  • Provide a phenomenal experience for each new user

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Motivated, metrics-driven, self-starter with an excellent work ethic

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading four-year college or university
  • 1+ years outbound sales or call center experience in a quota driven role


  • Ability to provide United States work authorization
