The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for outbound and inbound sales activity and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Call prospective customers to introduce them to the Company’s products – including cold call and warm leads
- Quickly build rapport, work through objection management, and position our products
- Guide potential customers from their initial interest all the way through a completed installation of the system
- Manage inbound/outbound phone calls to potential users in order to pitch and support adoption of the products while addressing user needs, questions, and concerns
- Effectively communicate with your portfolio of accounts using email and LiveChat, in addition to phone conversations
- Conduct live product demonstrations via webinar
- Act as single point of contact for new users
- Work closely with customers to receive, research and document requested features – your insight will help drive changes and new features at the company
- Provide a phenomenal experience for each new user
Requirements
- Strong objection management and sales techniques
- Friendly, professional and confident on the phone
- Able to demonstrate persistence, and can overcome obstacles to achieve goals
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Motivated, metrics-driven, self-starter with an excellent work ethic
- Able to effectively multi-task and work at a fast pace
- Team-player with desire to grow professionally
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading four-year college or university
- 1+ years outbound sales or call center experience in a quota driven role
